- Attachment 2 - Drawings Attachment 1 - Scope of Work The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to repair a military equipment parking lot (MEP) and install new LED lighting at the Fort Chaffey Maintenance Facility/ECS 15 located at 11500 Custer Blvd, Fort Smith, AR 72916. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238990 with a small business size standard of $15,000,000 million. Solicitation W911SA-17-B-0008 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. This solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set aside. Project magnitude is over $1,000,000 and 5,000,000. Period of Performance will be 60 after the notice to proceed. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 60 days of this pre solicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued. Do not contact the Contract Specialist for requests to change the set aside or to state your interest. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
