Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20, Veteran Affairs Alaska Healthcare System in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 (Unusual and Compelling Urgency), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with PHI Group, LLC for the following services: The Contractor shall provide Housekeeping Services for the VA Alaska Healthcare System. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM PDT on 13 April 2017. All responses must be emailed to crystal.parris@va.gov.
