Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, bids, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is planning to solicit for a vendor to provide the following service for the Madison VA. The successful contractor will provide the following service: For the 2018 Magnet Redesignation Report, a contract is needed again to develop a web-based format for the electronic submission of the Magnet Redesignation Report, meeting the requirements of the Magnet Recognition Program. In addition writing support is needed for content analysis, review and writing to ensure an effective Magnet Redesignation Report. This contract is needed for services of a vendor who has experience with the requirements of the Magnet Recognition Program in terms of format, accessibility, quality as well as the expertise of Registered Nurses familiar with the Magnet Recognition Program s designation process and the VA system. The contract services need to begin at least 15 months in advance (July 1, 2017) and includes: Writing Support for up to 15 criteria (Sources of Evidence in the report) by nurse experts familiar with the Magnet Recognition Program s requirements for designation, including content analysis, review and writing. Development of a web-based electronic submission based on Magnet Recognition Program designation/electronic submission requirements; with experience with electronic submissions for healthcare organizations applying for Magnet designation based on the 2014 Magnet Application Manual. Development of a web-based format for the 2018 Magnet Redesignation Report. Develop a web-based format for the 2018 Magnet Redesignation Report, individualized to the Madison VA and based on the Magnet Recognition Program s requirement for electronic submissions. Develop a report that is easy to navigate. Develop hyperlinks for documents (evidence) that bring the reader back to the narrative. Test hyperlinks prior to finalizing report. Provide a support team to the Madison VA s Magnet Program Manager throughout the development and implementation process. Be compliant with the ANCC s Magnet Recognition Program guidelines for submission. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center/ VA Milwaukee is conducting a market survey to determine the existence of potential small business concerns (e.g., HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, Woman Owned, etc.) with the capability to accomplish this Service Interested parties shall provide a brief overview of their firm s capabilities and past experience with services similar in scope to this service. All information shall be submitted in Word or PDF format, not to exceed 10 pages, including all attachments. Each submittal shall also include the following business information: DUNS number Organization Name Organization Address Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) Business size Socio-economic status ( IF SDVOSB or VOSB provide SDVOSB or VOSB CVE verification) Firms shall identify whether or not they are a small business or other than small business in accordance with the size standard for NAICS code 541990. If another NAICS code may be applicable, please identify the NAICS in your capability statement. All information must be received no later than: April 26, 2017, 2:00 PM, CST.
