- REFORESTATION SUPPORT SERVICES, INDEFINTE-DELIVERY, INDEFINITE-QUANTITY (IDIQ), BLM MEDFORD DISTRICT, OREGON This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for Reforestation Services Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity located at within the BLM Medford District Oregon Area of responsibility. The performance period is 5 years from date of award. The NAICS code is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. The basis of award is the best value determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
