Description
PWS updated 14 April 2017 14 April 2017 The updated PWS is attached. Security clearance information has been updated in Section 12.0, and Sections 2.0, 5.0 and 13.4 have also been updated. Additionally, in addition to the information we previously requested, please provide answers to the following questions: Question 1: Explain how your company will maintain all mechanical systems listed in Attachment J-1 to be operational 99% of the time with no failed or downtime greater than 24 hours per Section 13.4 of the PWS. Question 2: Explain how your company will complete a minimum of 95% of PMs scheduled in Maximo each month for all of the equipment per Section 13.4 of the PWS. Question 3: Explain how your company will respond to routine response service calls and urgent response service calls as outlined in Section 2.5 of the PWS in addition to the routine PM work. Question 4: Explain how your company will perform up to 100 corrective maintenance per year as outlined in Section 2.4 of the PWS in addition to routine PM work. Question 5: Explain how your company plans to perform Major Repairs per Section 8.0 of the PWS in addition to routine PM work. Please note that the IDIQ capacity that is for Major Repairs will increase from $650,000 to $2 million per year. The new due date for Sources Sought Responses (they should not exceed 10 pages and must include all of the information listed in the original Sources Sought Notice) is 27 April 2017 at 12:00 Noon Eastern.
