- Janitorial Services AG-02RC-S-17-0030 Kootenai National Forest Rexford and Fortine Ranger Districts Eureka and Murphy Lake Ranger Stations Lincoln County, Montana This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-02RC-S-17-0030 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with an associated NAICS code of 561720. The small business size standard is $18.0 million dollars average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price-Performance Based Contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. DESCRIPTION: The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for Janitorial Services for the Rexford and Fortine Ranger Districts, Eureka and Murphy Lake Ranger Stations, of the Kootenai National Forest located in Eureka, MT, 59917 and Murphy Lake, MT, 59918. The Firm Fixed Price-Performance Based services covered in this solicitation and resultant contract require the contractor to perform, but not limited to cleaning of floors, rugs, carpets, steam cleaning, hard floor surfaces, mop, sweep and wax floors, empty trash, clean bathrooms, clean breakrooms and countertops, dusting, clean glass doors and windows, clean building entrances and office furniture. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies and materials (including safety; except those supplies and materials designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals necessary to perform all work in compliance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this contract. LOCATION: The janitorial work to be performed is located at the following locations: Murphy Lake Ranger Station is located at 12797 US Highway 93 South, Fortine, Montana 59918. Eureka Ranger Station is located at 949 US Highway 93 North, Eureka, Montana 59917. DATES: The Period of Performance is for one (1) Base Year and two (2) Option Years. Base Year: May 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018 Option Year 1: April 1, 2018 - March 31, 2019 Option Year 2: April 1, 2019 - March 31, 2020 EVALUATION FACTORS: Award will be made on a Best Value basis considering Past Performance, Experience, Quality Control Plan and Price for overall cost to the Government. The Base and all Options will be included and evaluated in the award in order to determine best overall value.
