This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing 4.0 FTE Operating Room Nurses, and 2.0 FTE Surgical Technologists, (1.0 FTE = 2,080 hours) to provide services at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Period of Performance: 12 months from date of Award, 10/1/2017. Available shifts are 12, 10 and 8 hour shifts between the hours of 6:00am and 8:30pm, Monday -Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. If this is a service your business can provide respond to this Sources Sought Notice by Friday, April 21, 2017; 3:00 pm. (Eastern).
