QASP Matrix QASP GFP N39040-17-T-0185 SOLICITATION NOTICE PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION, AND DETAILS BELOW. Solicitation attachments: N39040-17-T-0185 Solicitation Attachment 1 Statement of Work Attachment 2 GFP Attachment 3 QASP Attachment 4 QASP Matrix Pre Bid Conference: A pre bid conference will be held at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME for potential contractors to survey the barge prior to submitting a bid. It is highly recommended that all potential bidders attend. The pre bid conference will be held on May 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST. If interested in attending, contractors shall submit the following information to Andrew Webber Andrew.s.webber@navy.mil no later than April 26, 2017: Name, State of Residence, Company and Cell Phone Number Contractors are responsible for their travel costs to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME. Contractors must stop at the Pass/ID Office and provide a valid registration and proof of insurance, and proof of U.S. citizenship. PNS will perform a background check. It is recommended contractor/s allow up to 1 hour to complete the background check prior to attending the pre bid conference. NOTE: A criminal background is grounds for base access denial. If Contractor has access questions, call 207-438-2235. REAL ID Act - Vendor Access to Federal Installations: Background: The REAL ID Act of 2005 establishes minimum standards for the production and issuance of state-issued driver licenses and identification cards which include requirements for a photograph and certain biographic information, such as name, DOB, gender, height, eye color & address. State-issued driver licenses and identification (ID) cards from states not meeting the standards cannot be used for accessing Federal facilities beginning 10 Jan 2016, unless the issuing state's compliancy deadline has been extended by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As of January 30, 2017, DHS indicates Driver Licenses and ID cards from the following states are not compliant with the standards of the REAL ID Act. Federal agencies and nuclear power plants may not accept for official purposes driver's licenses and state IDs from these states:.Maine.Minnesota+.Missouri.Montana.Washington+ + Federal officials may continue to accept Enhanced Driver's Licenses from these states.
