- AMENDMENT 0001 IS BEING RELEASED TO INCREASE THE QUANTIT TO 12 EACH. ==================================================== SPE4A7-15-R-1659 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 9 each of NSN 1660-01-390-4549, DUCT ASSEMBLY, AIR C. This is used on the B-1B Aircraft Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. Delivery will be required within 260 Days after Award for the Production Items. Source Approval Statement applies to this part. The only approved sources for this material is Senior Operations, CAGE 98769 and it is expected that award will be made to that firm. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval This is a First Destination Transportation (FDT) program award. These instructions do not apply to awards for shipment to APO/FPO addresses. If shipment is to an APO/FPO address, normal procedures should be followed. Transportation requirements for FDT awards are located in DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.o.b. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
