- NSN Listing This synopsis is to announce that Robins Air Force Sustainment Center, Robins AF Base GA, intends to solicit limited source requirement per 10 USC 2304(c)(1) to The Boeing Company, CAGE 32562 for the repair of components applicable to the AN/AYQ-12 system. The Government doesn't owns the data rights. Repair contract will be for one (1) 12 month basic ordering period with four ((4) additional 12 month ordering periods, for a total duration of 5 years. The National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) are set forth in Attachment 1, NSN Listing. Destination: SW3119, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887 Delivery: 45 Calendar Days After Receipt of Funded Order or Reparable Asset, whichever is later. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation This synopsis is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government or as a Request for Proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting a Statement of Capabilities to Mr. Bennie Simmons at bennie.simmons@us.af.mil. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete the contract based upon an assessment of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)ii, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this described procurement should contact the firms listed. An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors not sufficiently addressed by the Contracting Officer. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the Contracting Officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation or selection process.
