J-7 Historical Port Visits.csv J-6 - FOREIGN VENDOR INVOICES RFP N6264917R0173 PACIFIC REGION 3 HUSBANDING SERVICES This notice is to issue a solicitation for Pacific Region 3 Husbanding Services. This requirement is for the procurement of non-personal husbanding support services for United States Ships (USS) and United States Naval Ships (USNS) to include the Military Sealift Command (MSC) and United States Coast Guard (USCG), U.S. Air Force (USAF), U.S. Army (USA) and any other activity of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) (i.e. NATO ships or other foreign vessels participating in U.S. Military or NATO exercises) visiting ALL commercial and military ports located in Region 3. The countries are located within the Seventh Fleet (7th Fleet or C7F) Area of Operation (AO): Palau, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Western Samoa, Australia, East Timor, Antarctica, and New Zealand. Husbanding services consist of the following broad categories: general charter and hire, utilities, force protection, communications, land transportation services, provisions, and fuel. The Contractor shall provide husbanding services which include, but are not limited to, management services, trash removal, breasting barges, brows, collection/holding/transfer (CHT) sewage removal and disposal, telephone services (landline and cellular), fenders, force protection, material handling, interpreters, oil booms, oil waste disposal, fresh potable water, shore power, transportation, tugs, water taxis, pilot services, line handler services, crane services, vehicle rental (sedans and buses), paint float rental, forklift services, communications, and fuel and provisions (only in instances where the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) prime vendor contracts are not a viable source). Period of Performance: 15 May 2017 - 14 May 2018
