The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Large business firms, to provide six (6) High-Speed Dental Hand Pieces, brand name or equal to the KAVO DENTAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC Mastermatic LUX M25, for the Oscar G. Johnson VAMC, 325 East H Street, Iron Mountain, MI 49801, as described below. General Requirements: BRAND NAME (KAVO DENTAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC) OR EQUAL: Salient Characteristics: Six (6) KAVO DENTAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC Mastermatic LUX M25L (p/n: 1.009.3630). 1:5 Transmission. Triple gear. Ceramic bearings. Speed range up to 200,000 RPM. Cellular optic illumination of 25,000 LUX. Internal air/water coolant. Friction grip push button auto chuck. 3-Port spray. Works on electric or air motors that have an universal E type connection. Plasmatic anti-slip finish. Compatible with A-DEC chairs and connections. All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Company name. Address. Point of contact (name/title/telephone number/e-mail address). DUNS number. Tax ID number. FSS Contract number, if applicable. Indication of which business category (SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business or Large Business) for which the organization qualifies. A capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to provide the requirement depicted above, and proof (i.e. correspondence from manufacturer) of your firm being an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. Submit responses to the Contracting Officer, Thomas Chesak, at thomas.chesak@va.gov no later than 11:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time), 21 April 2017.
