- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W91SMC-17-Q-2011 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. This procurement is posted for small business concern. Any other than small business will be excluded from the competition. The NAICS code is 311991 and the small business size standard is 500. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001: Grocery Items Group One 21 APR Delivery Date CLIN 0002: Grocery Items Group Two 24 APR Delivery Date CLIN 0003: Grocery Items Group Three 27 APR Delivery Date CLIN 0004: Grocery Items Group Four 30 APR Delivery Date CLIN 0005: Grocery Items Group Five 03 MAY Delivery Date QTY: See attached Grocery Items Group listing one through five. Unit of Measure: EA Basis of Award: Best Value will be determined on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Required transportation costs (Vendor facility outside the state of Illinois) must be included with the vendor's quote.
