THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITATION. これは、応札書の提出または入札のお知らせではありません。 This is to identify sources that can perform General Trucking Services between Atsugi and Iwakuni Transportation for Carrier Air Wing Five (CVW-5). Firms who are interested should respond electronically to Ms Masayo Inoue via email at masayo.inoue.jp@us.af.mil. by 2 May 2017 including the following: この『一般雑貨その他貨物トラック輸送 （CVW-5）サービス』にご興味ある方は、 ２０１7年5月2日 迄に、電子メール(masayo.inoue.jp@us.af.mil) にて下記(1)~(3)をご連絡下さい。 (1) name and address of firm (会社名及び住所); (2) a point of contact with name, title, phone, fax, and email(担当者のお名前、役職、電話番号、及び電子メールアドレス); (3) cage code and DUNS number (if available)(ケージコード及びダンズナンバー（取得済みの場合）). = Description of Service: The Contractor shall furnish services of transporting Government freight by the Contractor provided trucks as set forth in the Pricing Schedule, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices. The anticipated performance start date is 1 Nov 2017. (Subject to change) 作業開始日として、2017年11月１日を予定しております（変更の可能性あり）。 NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICES IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. このプロジェクトは、日本国内で行われるものです。契約業者は、日本の法律に沿った免許・許可を 保持する必要があります。 This notice is for informational purposes only and is not considered a commitment by the government. The government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this sources sought.
