Advertisement TITLE: U.S. Government seeks to lease office and related space in Modesto, CA SOLICITATION NO: 17-Reg9, 5CA1147 NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought CLASSIFICATION CODE: X - Lease of rental facilities NAICS CODES: 531120 -- Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) SYNOPOSIS: U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Modesto Delineated Area: North: L St., South: F St./8 th St./G St. / 9 th St. / F St. East: 12 St./ K St./ 14 th St./ F St. West: HW 99 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,612 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,748 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 20 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): - Parking Spaces (Reserved): - Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: Additional Requirements: •1. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. •2. Column spacing must be at a minimum 30'-0" center to center •3. Ceiling height must be not less than 14'-0" above finished floor (AFF), but no more than 16'-0" AFF. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg9. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period," which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-Reg9 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
