- Description: SERVICES: Lodging Services- Provide Rooms for Veteran Beneficiaries This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial items and will be conducted in accordance FAR Part 13 (FAC 2005-95). This procurement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns. Quoters shall fully complete, sign, and submit the attached RFQ document and include any additional documentation being requested therein. The purpose of this Solicitation is to acquire Lodging for Veterans. It is the intention of the Government to solicit via RFQ VA248-17-Q-0401, NAICS Code: 721110 in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis. The contract resulting from the solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Priced Requirements contract. In an effort to meet the green initiative, all documents, correspondence or otherwise shall be submitted electronically via email only. Each email shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size. Any correspondence submitted by any other means other than emailed will not be accepted, Requests for Information- Questions, quotes or otherwise. The electronic solicitation is hereby announced on this 18th day of the month of April 2017. The quoter shall be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents/amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Interested firms must be fully registered and active in the SAM database www.sam.gov. All correspondence and any and all questions must be submitted in via email to: Ogniel.Alvarez@va.gov the Contracting Officer. All Requests for Information (RFI s) or questions are due by 2 May 2017 at 11:00am.
