Description

Contractor will need to provide janitorial supplies and services to maintain and clean toilet bowls and urinals at the VA Medical Center in North Las Vegas. Visual and Operational inspection of each dispensing system. Each unit will be serviced on a monthly service schedule. Repairs will be made if needed. Repair costs are included in the price of this contract. Provide written report on the system condition and a list of any repairs. All equipment required to repair equipment will be supplied by the Contractor. Anticipated award will be base plus 4 one year options to renew.
