- CLIN Structure part number 1/2T STK 0502-6/1 4/2-1 Stahl extremely short headroom trolley Solicitation for overhead hoist PDF doc Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Overhead Hoist for Luke AFB, AZ: 56 Contracting Squadron 14100 W Eagle Street (B-26) Luke AFB, AZ 85309-1217 This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation will use the Simplified Acquisition procedures contained in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only combination of a synopsis/solicitation. The request will be for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation will document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88, DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 2016-05-10 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2015-1001. NAICS is 333923 and the size standard is 1250 employees. The PSC is 3950, and this acquisition will be for full and open competition. The requirement is to purchase two (2) each half (1/2) ton low overhead hoist and installation for hanger 995 on Luke AFB, AZ. The items are a "brand name or equal" for part number 1/2T STK 0502-6/1 4/2-1 Stahl extremely short headroom trolley. Removal of legacy hoist and installation of new hoists shall be included with the solicitation. A site visit at hanger 995 will be 25 April 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Please contact the POC provided for base access and instructions. The date for the award is estimated to be 1 May 2017 in which the delivery will be 30 days after the award. Form of delivery will be FOB. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described above will be invited to submit in writing a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote with enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. Offerors should include their CAGE Code and DUNS number with their quote. No partial quotes for the items listed above will be accepted. To be considered for award an offer must be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM). An inactive account or no registration in SAM will be considered as non-responsive to the quote, and not considered for award.
