The general boundary takes in those correctly zoned properties located in Logan City and North Logan and falling with an area described as 2200 South as a south Line, 1900 West as a west Line, 3100 North as the north line and 800 East as an east line. It is understood that not all areas described will qualify as a location for this Government facility. The facility must allow for drive through when rural vehicles with trailers are used. The location must not require driving through a residential neighborhood, and should be located facing a major thoroughfare road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7500.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7875.0 Space Type: Office (7500 USF ABOA), Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 20 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 60 Soft Term: 60 Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: 3-Trailer parking and room to place two storage shed placement shall be located behind a locked 10-foot high chain link fencing with a 20 foot wide rolling chain link security gate with barbed wire located on top of the fencing and gate to prevent easy access to the area. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
