- Draft PWS Notice Type: Request for Information (RFI) This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This is NOT a Request for Quote / Proposal. As part of market research, 18th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified contractors for Termite Extermination Services, located at Kadena Air Base and surrounding DoD Military Family Housing Area in Okinawa, Japan. The procurement is a commercial acquisition wherein the contractor is to ensure that the termite extermination service is performed on Kadena Air Base in a manner that will present a clean, neat, and professional appearance of housing units for the 718the Civil Engineer Squadron. See attached Draft PWS for details. Contractor who are interested should respond electronically to Yayoi Iha via email at yayoi.iha.1.jp@us.af.mil by 11:00 JST on 26 Apr 2017. Note: This notice is for informational purposes only. Any response to this notice is not considered a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this Request for Information.
