- Description
- The successful offeror will provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform construction services to expand the existing NFATC Child Care Facility. Please note that the current wage rates may change at the time of award, so potential offerors must be mindful of this. The corresponding technical documents - including drawings - will be available for pick-up starting on Wednesday, April 19. Please contact the Contract Specialist (Arvid Gooray) to arrange the pick-up. These technical documents are needed to create an accurate proposal. Please send an e-mail to Arvid Gooray ( Arvid.Gooray@gsa.gov ) and CC Ronald Lucas ( Ronald.Lucas@gsa.gov ) stating your intention to attend Friday's site visit by 12:00pm on Thursday, April 20 for pre-screening purposes. Reminder for site-visit scheduled for Friday, April 21 at 10:00am. See Attachment - titled Directions & Map - for details on how to access site.
