Requirements Request For Information (RRFI), Johnson Space Center Protective Services Contract (JSCPSC) II - NNJ17ZBJ003L - Disposition Document Requirements Request For Information (RRFI), Johnson Space Center Protective Services Contract (JSCPSC) II - NNJ17ZBJ003L - DRDs Requirements Request For Information (RRFI), Johnson Space Center Protective Services Contract (JSCPSC) II - NNJ17ZBJ003L - PWS Requirements Request For Information (RRFI), Johnson Space Center Protective Services Contract (JSCPSC) II - NNJ17ZBJ003L - RRFI Cover Letter The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center (JSC is planning to re-compete the Johnson Space Center Protective Services Contract NNJ12JB86C. This future requirement will constitute the Johnson Space Center Protective Services Contract (JSCPSC) II. This synopsis is a Requirements Request for Information (RRFI) to solicit comments for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition. Prospective offerors are invited to submit written comments, suggestions, or questions to: jsc-pscii@mail.nasa.gov, no later than 5:00PM Central Standard Time (CST), May 8, 2017. The attached RRFI cover letter contains specific areas of interest to which we seek your feedback. However, please note that your feedback is not restricted only to the listed areas. All communications in reference to this RRFI shall cite the RRFI name and number (JSCPSC II - NNJ17ZBJ003L) in the subject line and be directed to the JSCPSC II email address identified above via electronic transmission. The Government intends to review the responses submitted but will not respond to individual submissions. NASA reserves the right to share all information received in response to this RRFI with any NASA's civil servants and to use all information submitted in response to this RRFI in developing a future acquisition strategy. This data will not be shared outside the Government nor released in its submitted form. Confidential, proprietary, competition sensitive, or business information should not be submitted in response to this RRFI. Such information will not be reviewed and will be returned to the respondent. The Government intends to release the names, addresses, and points of contact of all respondents unless specifically requested not to do so by the respondent. This information will be provided on the JSCPSC II procurement website as part of the Interested Parties List. This RRFI synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government is under no obligation to issue a solicitation or to award any contract on the basis of this RRFI. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. No evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/JSC Business Opportunities home page is https://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/jscpsc2/. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet cite for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any.
