- Amendment 2 - Combined Synopsis Security Barriers T&M This purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Change the small business set aside from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to Total Small Business set-aside. 2) Add an additional Site Visit on Tuesday, 2 May 2017. 2a) Peterson AFB site visit will be on 2 May 2017 at 1:00PM MST 2b) Cheyenne Mountain AFS site visit will be on 2 May 2017 at 9:00AM MST. 3) Change the questions due by date from 20 April 2017 to Friday, 5 May 2017 at 1:00PM. MST. 4) Change the quote due by date from 1 May 2017 to Friday, 12 May 2017 at 2:00PM MST.
