- SYNOPSIS No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHCA, TRUDY PRYGA, Contract Specialist, via email Trudy.Pryga@dla.mil or facsimile 256-876-6628. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX7F6050AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed Price, five year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a quantity of 25 minimum/300 maximum each of an MANIFOLD, HYDRAULIC; Part Number: 4730-01-326-1804, NSN: 4730-01-326-1804 applicable to the AH-64 (Apache) weapon system. Production Lead Time for 25 each is 248 Days After Contract Award (DACA), with deliveries to TRACY, CALIFORNIA 95304-5000. This item is limited to: THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 8V613 PARKER-HANNIFIN, CAGE CODE: 82106 This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended acquisition. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review disclosures that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
