- Request for Quotations The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division is procuring engineering services to include the development of drawings and parts lists to support on-going air system modifications. Please review the attached Request for Quotations for additional details and specifications. The drawings will be in accordance with the Statement of Work in Section C of the RFQ.
