- Maps Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation AG-51A8-S-17-0008 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies and incidentals to provide timber stand improvement service on the Shawnee National Forest, Vienna, Il. The work will be performed in Jackson County, IL. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115310 and the size standard is $7mil. Work will begin after Notice to Proceed. Offerors shall provide both pricing and technical information. Pricing and technical information will be submitted to: Rakeem Bolden, USDA Forest Service, 30239 S. State Route 53, Wilmington, IL 60481. NO FAX QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. E-mail quotes are acceptable at rabolden@fs.fed.us. Service Contract Act wage determination is applicable. Quotes must include vendor's TIN (Tax Identification Number) and DUNS number. Vendors must be registered in SAMS (www.sams.gov) Quotes must include a completed copy of (FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, paragraphs (c) through (m). If the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn. gov., submit only paragraph (b) from the provisions and a DUNS number. (FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price, technical conformity to specifications, and past performance. Clauses indicated on a separate attachment. Quotes are due May 3, 2017 at 12:00p.m. Central Time.
