- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (OPTHALMOSCOPE) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is VA244-17-Q-0762 and it is issued as a Request for QUOTE. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. The NAICS code is 334510. A waiver for the non-manufacturers Rule has been granted by the U.S Small Business Administration for this requirement. Successful offer will be the one that provides technical capabilities of the items offered to meet the needs of the government. The VA BULTER VAMC has a requirement for the OPTHALMOSCOPE as listed in the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to their facility as per Statement of Work/Need/RFQ.
