Description
Northwest Oregon District Road Maintenance Services, IDIQ The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office is seeking responsible vendors for market research purposes to establish single or multiple-award Service IDIQ Contracts (IDIQs) for road maintenance activities, including but not limited to road grading, shoulder maintenance, road compaction, pavement sweeping, snow plowing, bridge deck cleaning, ditch/culvert/catch basin cleaning, slide removal, hazard tree/blowdown removal; roadside mechanical brushing, erosions control activities. The vendor shall perform road maintenance activities for BLM Northwest Oregon District in Salem and Eugene areas of Oregon. The base performance period will be from date of award thru a period of 12 months, and may have 4 option periods of 12 months each. This is for planning purposes only to assist in determining if this effort can be obtained competitively and/or as a total small business set-aside. There is no solicitation available at this time. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualification of various business concerns that might be interested. This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought is strictly voluntary and will be used solely for the purpose of market research. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement must include: (1) Types and number of equipment offered; (2) Maximum number of operational sites/crews; (3) Maximum number of units per line item that can be accomplish in any given year; and (4) Specific geographic areas in Northwest Oregon District it is capable of servicing, and how those areas would be delineated Responses must be received by April 28, 2017/5:00 PM, PT.
