The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes. The quote due date is hereby changed as follows: FROM: April 13, 2017 at 12:00 PM Eastern TO: May 1, 2017 at 12:00 PM Eastern The Set-Aside Status is also changed as follows: FROM: Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) TO: Small Business Set-Aside 3. The clause 52.212-5 -- Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders --Commercial Items (Jan 2017), within this synopsis solicitation is hereby amended as follows: Item (14) of the clause is now included; (i) 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Aside (Nov 2011) (15 U.S.C. 644). Item (21) of the clause is now removed; 52.219-27, Notice of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (Nov2011) (15 U.S.C. 657f). 4. The clause 852.219-10 is also rescinded from the synopsis solicitation; VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. 5. All Other Terms and Conditions Remain The Same.
