- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-17-Q- 0108 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a brand name firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. LAPTOPS must be GETAC brand. The requested items must be compatible existing equipment and MIL-STD-810G Certified. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. **Preference will be given to quotes from small businesses. ** Only quotes from Authorized GETAC Distributors will be considered. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-17-T-XXXX) on your quote. Items must bebrand new. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB Origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal. The Government will consider all proposals received by 11:00 am est., on April 26, 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
