- IGF::OT::IGF X:CPGRE,The project consists of re-assessing the projector and queuing room HVAC requirements. Using a professional engineer and/or certified T&B consultant, the DB shall survey the existing spaces and provide design calculations that meet the test and balance criteria outlined in the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB), chapters one through ten, as applicable. Research and specify HVAC equipment that is environmentally sound and efficient and meets energy star ratings. Re-design the mechanical room. Provide HVAC equipment and install so that the equipment will allow for unabated access for maintenance. The mechanical room shall be code compliant when complete. Install the specified equipment that will service the projector and queuing rooms. Test and balance the equipment to ensure that performance meets the specified ranges as directed in the TAB Report. Project includes correcting the unsafe wooden stair platform crossing over the ducting with the installation of a new metal stair platform. Installing code compliant roof curbing and mounting new equipment on the roof. Cleaning the roof surface and removing debris prior to starting project. The contractor shall deliver the following services and provide an itemized cost breakdown to include materials/equipment, labor, administrative, and other fees. The contractor shall have a superintendent/foreman available for contact at all times during the prosecution of this contract.
