- FORMAL RFQ IS ATTACHED This five year firm fixed price requirements contract is for the Tear Down, Test, Repair and Delivery of 60ea (per year) Generator Control Units, NIIN 6110-01-276-3958/PN. 21B78-3B. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for the repair of various items listed to A-condition status. The government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
