- RFP 0031 Attachments Pricing Matrix Solicitation The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire 20 mm and 30 mm replenishment spares applicable to Armament end items using Other Than Full & Open Competition. The following Purchase Requests FD20601700085, FD20601700123 & FD20601700261 authorize a Firm Fixed Price contract for various quantities of NSNs: 1005-01-190-9802, 1005-00-275-5748, 1005-00-570-3722, and 1005-00-026-7132 in support of Armament 20/30 mm Gun Housings. This single award action (Solicitation # SPRWA1-17-R-0031) is being considered for an IDIQ requirements type contract with a five (5) year (60 month) Period of Performance with production pricing periods. The proposed acquisition will be contracted sole source to General Dynamics Ordinance & Tactical Systems (OTS), 326 IMB Road, Williston, VT 05495, Cage Code: 05606; pursuant to 10 USC 23049(c)(1). Detail data/drawings are not available from the procuring activity. Required Delivery is expected within 19 months (30 months for CLIN 0004) of contract award. Delivery: 30 Months Duration of Contract Period: 60 Months This is a combined synopsis/written solicitation. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency Note 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
