- Request for Proposal (RFP) HE1254-17-R-0008 Attachment 5: Government Product/Service Accessibility Template (GPAT) Attachment 4: DoDEA Cloud Vendor Information Collection Attachment 3: Past Performance Part 2 Attachment 2: Past Performance Part 1 Attachment 1 - Pricing Schedule VHS Online Courses The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on an unrestricted, competitive basis, a firm-fixed unit price requirements contract to fulfill its requirement for VHS Online Supplemental Courses using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 13 procedures. The award will be evaluated using best value trade-off procedures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense FAR Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20161222. The Solicitation# is HE1254-17-R-0008 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The period of performance is one 5-year base term followed by five consecutive 1-year option terms (overall 10 years). In order to be eligible for award Offerors have to be registered with an active profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov. DoDEA is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. No information concerning this solicitation or request for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls. All timely inquiries received via email in accordance with the terms of the RFP will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all supporting documentation, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps). Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps until the response due date.
