Description
SEPTIC, GREASE TRAP & CESSPOOL PUMPING SERVICES, KALAUPAPA NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK, MOLOKAI, HAWAII This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number P17PS01009 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), for septic, grease trap, & cesspool pumping services, Kalaupapa National Historical Park, Molokai, Hawaii. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94 and 95 through January 19, 2017. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside, using NAICS 562119, Other Waste Collection, size standard $38.50 million. The contractor who is selected for this project will provide all labor, material, supplies and travel necessary to complete this Performance Work Statement. Work to be performed at: Kalaupapa National Historical Park, Molokai, Hawaii. The provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this offer- the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications. The clauses at FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit, FAR 52.212-4, contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, to include the following clauses sited and incorporated by reference: FAR 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-34 and the following clauses in paragraph (c) 52.222-41, 52.222-55. This acquisition will be awarded using the evaluation process in accordance with 13.106-2(b)(4)(ii). Award will be made based on whether the lowest priced of the quotations or offers having the highest past performance rating possible represents the best value. Option Year III $______________ 00050 Pump Septic Tanks, Cesspools and Grease Traps, minimum of 3000 gallons and maximum 8000 gallons per year. Option Year IV $______________ A site visit will be held on Thursday, 11 May at 1400. Access is limited and all visitors must be sponsored in order to attend the site visit. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
