Notice to the contractor This solicitation is 100% small business set aside This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N0025917Q0104. It is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339113. The size standard is 750. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
