(ABOA) 10,500 Space Type Office Space Parking Space (Total) 40 Full Term 10 Years Parking Spaces (Surface) 40 Firm Term 5 Years Parking Spaces (Structured) 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved) 0 Delineated area: At the point of beginning Interstate 80 and North Temple go east on North Temple to State Street, go south on State Street to South Temple, go east on South Temple to 1300 East, go south on 1300 East to 500 South continuing on Foothill Drive to Interstate 215, go south on Interstate 215 to Redwood Road, go south on Redwood Road to 6200 South, go west on 6200 South to Bangerter Highway, go north on Bangerter Highway back to the point of beginning. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.   The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.   Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
