NOTICE TO OFFERORS: This is a Pre-Soliciation Notice only. The purpose of this notice is to announce that the VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS) has a requirement for Nocturnist services. The RFQ will be solicited as a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Only offers received from VetBiz-certified and verified SDVOSBs (VIP Vendor Information Pages) will be considered. The RFQ will be issued on or about Friday, April 28, 2017.
