Page 1 of 2 This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items. This requirement is Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS is 811219 and the small business size standard is $15 Million. Only qualified offerors may submit bids. Introduction: The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Quantity award, lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements. Contractor provide all necessary labor, materials, parts, FOB Destination prices, tools, equipment and travel to perform scheduled preventive maintenance inspection (PMIs), intervening service calls and repair for JC 85 Computer System and the additional systems which are signals to or controlled by the JC System. The system is at VA San Diego Healthcare System located at the 3350 La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA 92161 Please fill the attached Solicitation prior to May 12, 2017, prior to 2:00 p.m.
