Description

This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of the notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources pursuant to FAR Part 10. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this Sources Sought Notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to respond to this notice. The Government is seeking sources/vendors/companies that are capable to provide all parts, travel and labor for maintenance services for the CVX-300 Excimer Laser System EE40521 SN80613, which also includes calibration, calibration form, optical alignment, and gas exchange. Please see the draft statement of work for additional information. Comments and concerns regarding the statement of work is encouraged. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Interested sources shall submit electronically a narrative demonstrating their experience in these areas and any small business class certifications to terri.hudson@va.gov no later than 3:00PM EST on Wednesday April 27, 2017. The narrative shall not exceed 5 pages (11 font minimum). Tables, charts, graphs, etc., will count towards the 5 page count total (smaller font is allowed for these items, but the text must be legible). Please make sure your business classification is identified on the first page of your response. Please also indicate whether or not the firm you represent can provide this service on GSA Schedule. GSA Schedule is not required. All data received in response to this Sources Sought Notice marked or designated as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the government.
