Description

J-SERVICES: Preventive Maintenance to SIEMENS Digital Imaging Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Network Contracting Office 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to issue a Request for Quotations/Offers for the services on the preventive maintenance of the SIEMENS Digital Imaging Equipment located at San Juan Main Hospital, Ponce Outpatient Clinic, and Mayaguez Outpatient Clinic. This procurement is being solicited as Full and Open Competition; NAICS code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Veterans are highly encouraged to submit their quotations, and will be evaluated as established criteria on the Veterans First Contracting Program-P.L. 109-461.
