Description
This is a total Small Business Set Aside: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The Kayenta Health Center, Navajo Area Indian Health Services is requesting for submittal of offers for a contractor to provide the following list of items with associated specifications: ITEM 1: Video Conferencing System, Portable, Quantity of 3: The unit shall be a fully functional cart mounted video Conferencing solution. The following are identified as salient characteristics: - The unit shall include a cart with locking cabinet to secure manuals, remote control, power cords and other accessories. - The unit shall include 42-inch Television (minimum size), video camera with Pan/Tilt/Zoom and 720i resolution (minimum resolution), microphone, integrated speaker, and controller with capability to remotely adjust the video camera settings, audio settings, and television settings. - Unit shall be FIPS 140-2 compliant, offering a secure cryptographic communication. ITEM 2: Camera, Video with Tripod, Quantity of 3: The requirement is for a camera, video and tripod. The following are identified as salient characteristics: - The unit shall be appropriate for recording of audio and video in both indoor and outdoor settings. - The unit shall be a hand-held video camera with 50X Zoom and solid state hard drive for storage of both audio and video. - The unit shall include a tripod that is adjustable from a minimum range of 18 inches to 48 inches with a mount that is compatible with the Camera. ITEM 3: Projector, LCD, Portable, Quantity of 2: The requirement is for Projector for use in a conference room or classroom setting, commercial rated. The following are identified as salient characteristics: - The unit shall be a portable, LCD projector. - The shall be able to be used to project images from a computer, resolution shall be a minimum on 1028 x 768 and capable of accepting inputs from HDMI, USB, DVI and VGA. ITEM 4: Stereo System with Wall Mountable Wireless Speakers, Quantity of 2: The unit shall be UL-listed stereo system, suitable for indoor use. The speakers should be provided with a wall mounting kit. The following are identified as salient characteristics: - The stereo system shall offer multiple inputs (AM/FM/Sirius/CD/MP3 input) and include 2 wireless speakers for each system. - The system shall be suitable for use in a commercial environment. The Government reserves the right to issue a single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose quote represents the best value as defined by FAR 2.101. In determining best value, the following Evaluation Factors will be considered: 1. Past Performance 2. Technical Capabilities 3. Logistics: Delivery and Warranty 4. Price The evaluation factors and significant sub factors when combined are significantly less important than cost or price. The socio-economic status of an offeror may also be considered, should one or more quotes represent the best value. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents: 1. Formal Quotation: showing delivery timeframe, warranty terms and prices. 2.
