- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Timber Stand Improvement - Mastication and Tree Thinning on Black Mesa Ranger District, Overgaard, AZ 85933. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 115310 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $19.0 Million. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotation (RFQ) best value (tradeoff process) format using the evaluation factors in Section M. The RFQ will be available (uploaded to www.fbo.gov) on or after April 27, 2017. Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. No formal site visit is scheduled. Offerors may submit questions in writing to the contracting officer by email: wabbott@fs.fed.us Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in electronic format to the contracting officer (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met): wabbott@fs.fed.us on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation. Hardcopy submissions may be sent to the address in the solicitation.
