Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to enter into a sole source procurement for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, with Trillamed, LLC (DUNS: 828126321) for GE Avance CS2 Anesthesia Equipment. A Sources Sought Notice (VA246-17-N-0885) was posted prior to this action. This sole source is being made to a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under the procurement authority of VAAR 819.7007. NAICS code 334510 applies to this procurement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Persons may identify their interest in this requirement no later than 12N EST, April 28, 2017 to: benetta.northern@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. No solicitation will be made available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
