- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS, AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks other than full and open competition and intends to award a sole source contract to Proper Storage Solutions for their “Die Rack Storage System”. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 332999, All Other Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing. Under the Authority - Citations: 41 U.S.C. 5(3). Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii) " Only one source will satisfy agency requirements", for this critical product. This notice is not a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses shall be sent to James Mills on or before April 8, 2017, no later than 10:00 AM EST
