- Description
- The Ozark National Forest has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor and materials to install a replacement roof on the historic Henry Koen Building in Russellville, AR. This project is being advertised as a total small business set-aside and as such is open to all qualified small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS ) code is 238160 and the small business size standard is $15 million. The solicitation for this project will be available only through the Federal Business Opportunities website www. fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Jay Tobin at jtobin @ fs.fed.us. All Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management ( www. sam.gov ). Offerors must respond to all instructions in the solicitation to be considered responsive; Offerors that fail to meet these criteria may not be considered for award. The statement of magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Payment and performance bonds will be required. A pre-proposal conference is planned for 10:00AM on May 5, 2017 at the Forest Supervisor's Office. POSTPONED The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or about April 25, 2017. The actual due date will be identified on the solicitation. POSTPONED THIS PROJECT IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD... A REVISED TIMETABLE AND RESCHEDULING OF THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL BE POSTED IN APPROXIMATELY THREE WEEKS.
