This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: VA262-17-Q-0748. The Department of Veterans Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System, Loma Linda, California 92357 has a requirement for UPS Batteries for VA Medical Center 1st Floor Server Room. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/service at the Veterans Affairs, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda California 92357. Request items listed below. Brand name Info: HRL 12390W VRLA 12390W 3 YEAR WARRANTY BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR POWERWARE 9315-80K VA CABINET 1-4, (160) QUANTITY BATTERY REPLACEMENT SERVICE: REMOVAL OF OLD BATTERIES, INSTALLATION OF NEW BATTERIES, DISPOSAL OF OLD BATTERIES, MEASURE AND RECORD TOTAL BATTERY FLOAT VOLTAGE ON NEW BATTERIES, MONDAY FRIDAY, 8AM 5PM INSTALLATION (EXCLUDE NATIONAL HOLIDAYS), (1) QUANTITY Shipping and Handling must not exceed $249 per shipment The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Small Business Programs, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 221122 size standard 1000 employees. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award. Due to time constraints, responses to the solicitation shall be due on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM PST.
