- Page 1 of 1 THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS NOTICE AND RFQ REPLACES VA101V-17-Q-0167 THAT WAS INADVERTENTLY AND PREMATURELY CLOSED ON FBO. The Veterans Benefits Administration, Phoenix Regional Benefit Office, 3333 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85012 has a requirement for Discrete Services to be provided to eligible veterans in the State of Arizona. The services shall include independent living (IL) assessments. The applicable NAICS code is 624310. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses with valid registrations at the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website (http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) as well as valid registration at the System for Award Management, website (http://sam.gov/). It is anticipated a solicitation will be posted at www.FBO.gov within the next five (5) days. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation announcement and subsequent solicitation may be directed to the Contracting Officer via email to Bertha V.
