- Statement of Work **THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR OFFERS--THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE ANY INTERESTED OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** This is a sources sought notification for companies authorized and qualified to providing necessary licensing and perform inspections, maintenance and upgrades on software and hardware for an RxSafe 900 Tower and Controller Unit located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii in accordance with the statement of work. The government contemplates single-award of a firm-fixed-price contract type resultant from a Request for Quote (RFQ) for this requirement. Authorized and qualified contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management database at sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought should include, at a minimum: Company Name Government/Contract POC Name, Phone and Email Address Company DUNS Company CAGE Company Socioeconomic Status (8(a), SDB, WOSB, SDVOSB, etc.) Authorization and qualification documentation for RxSafe software, hardware and associated equipment Information must be submitted to TSgt Jeremy Hemington at jeremy.hemington@us.af.mil
