- SF18 RFQ Package AG-32SD-S-17-0045, Rodent Control Service, Dubois, Idaho. The United States Sheep Experiment Station (USSES) located near Dubois, Idaho has a requirement for rodent control service of their research facilities. Vendor to supply all supplies, materials, traps, and bait necessary to perform the service. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation announcement for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation number AG-32SD-S-17-0045 (See Attached Solicitation) is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 corrections. North American Classification Coded (NAICS) 561710 Exterminating and Pest Control Services, is applicable. Interested offerors must submit their price quote by filling out the attached Standard Form 18 Request for Quotation. Successful offeror will be evaluated by the evaluation factors that are included in the Standard Form 18. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in June 2017. Only one site visit will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 @ 9:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time at the site where services are to be performed for offerors or quoters to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. The solicitation, consisting of various documents, specifications, forms, and drawings will only be available for download at no charge at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov). No other site shall be used to obtain these documents. All interested offerors (prime contractors & subcontractors) should register at www.fedbizopps.gov so that others will know of your interest in participating in this procurement. A Bidder's List WILL NOT be prepared nor distributed by the Contracting Officer, as it is the Offeror's responsibility to register at the FedBizOpps website (https://www.fbo.gov/). Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining ALL documents and acknowledging any amendments, and should re-visit the FBO website periodically to check for any modifications to this notice, updates, or amendments without further notice from the USDA/ARS. Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and shall be registered in the System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov, shall be verified in the Vetbiz Registry Information Pages prior to submitting an offer, and shall have completed the VETS4212 report at http://www.vets4212.dol.gov (if applicable).
